Katalin & Her Baby Bump
Have you ever met someone who you just instantly clicked with? Katalin was that woman for me! I loved her energy and her personality — after the session we sat and had coffees together at Starbucks and it really was like sitting with an old friend.
This mama-to-be can’t be more excited about her little man, who is expected to say hello to the world in March — just a couple short weeks away!
I have been feeling so thankful for photography and the connections that I have been able to make through my camera. Katalin just reinforced those feelings ten fold. I’m looking forward to staying in touch and organizing play dates for our little ones.

Steve & Amy
Steve and Amy have been friends for a lonnnng time.
They’ve been a couple a long time too.
Then they became co-workers, and subsequently co-managers.
Next, you probably saw this coming… husband and wife.
But the story doesn’t end there, of course, marriage is just the beginning. And who would you rather start your new beginning with than your closest friend, your partner in crime, your team mate, your husband … your wife.
That’s exactly what Steve and Amy are doing.
These two are always taking it to the next level, in their relationship, in their personal adventures and their business endeavors. Definitely a couple to keep your eye on! I’m so happy for you both and can’t wait to see where the years take you.

Jiselle & Brett
Jiselle & Brett came down from Mammoth Lakes to get some pictures in the wild iris fields before the flowers were done for the season — the photo session just happened to turn into an impromptu engagement session! Jiselle asked Brett to marry her just a day or two before and of course — he said yes! Congratulations Jiselle & Brett!

Emerson Amelia Celebrates 1 Year
This little one isn’t stranger to the wild lands of Bishop, California. Her mom & dad make sure this little jelly bean gets lots of play time and outside adventure. She surely is going to grow up to be the kind of kid who likes to play in mud, build forts and from time to time – skins a knee or two.
Emerson’s mom is an excellent graphic designer (which it doesn’t hurt to consider her a good friend!) She and I can exchange photography, baby & family portrait sessions for design. Cough cough – notice my EP logo? That’s thanks to Emerson’s lovely mom.
Well on this Friday afternoon we all snuck out to one of the many sunflower fields and photographed this little gem just as she was, Emerson.

The sunflower fields are just about gone but Bishop California has plenty to keep a photographer busy for a lifetime. Until the next photo session.

Getting to Know the Stuprichs
Have you ever met someone and thought “Why don’t I already know you?!” That’s how I felt when I finally met Kayla. This lady and her amazing family seemed like old friends only after meeting them briefly. It was a pleasure to play in the flowers them and I look forward to photographing them again — especially as that little man grows — seriously adorable!
A Botelho Baby on the Way!
These two love birds are just a couple short months away from meeting their little man. Things have warmed up quite a bit in Bishop since our wild iris photo shoot, we’re all missing the cool temps but not as much as were missing Drew & Jo. Move back anytime, it’s not the same with out you!
Rain on Your Wedding Day
We would all probably be lying if we said we didn’t know at least a few lyrics of Alanis Morissette’s “Ironic” — but I would hope that we all have acknowledged by now that there is nothing ironic about that song, just a couple coincidences, bad luck and major bummers.
